I've spent 20 years in leadership roles at Fortune 100 companies including Citibank, Honeywell, and Merck & Co. My responsibilities included leadership and organization development, talent management, succession planning, and management of enterprise-wide change initiatives. In 2006 I decided to relocate to Belgium for a lifestyle change. It was there that I joined a member-based global association as their first Chief HR Officer. There is where I worked with the CEO as a member of the Leadership Team before starting my own business working with leaders and their teams during critical transitions.

I am a member of the Executive Education adjunct faculty at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management where I teach Leadership & Self-Assessment, and Leadership & Change. I am a keynote speaker and guest lecturer at international congresses on business topics ranging from influencing across boundaries to leading successful transformations. I was born in New York, and am based in Brussels. I have dual American/ Belgian nationality and partner with clients internationally.
